NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2014, and entered in 11-005443-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and PATRICK JACKSON; SARAH JACKSON are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 13, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, LESS THAT PORTION THEREOF DESCRIBED IN ORDER OF TAKING RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4991, PAGE 70, ENGELKE SUBDIVISION BLOCK B PARTIAL REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
