Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of PINELLAS County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida described as:
LOT 31, BLOCK F, LAKE ST. GEORGE UNIT V-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGES 87 AND 88, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3896 Nighthawk Drive, Palm Harbor, Florida 34684, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 16, 2015, at 10:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
