NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 05, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-000148-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and PETER MIKKELSEN, et. al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 20th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 223a, Building 2, The Grand Bellagio at Baywatch Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration thereof as recorded in O.R Book 12663, Pages 1378 through 1560 and Amendments thereto and Being further Described in Condominium Plat Book 129, Pages 1 Through 15, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto
Property Address: 2738 Via Tivoli Unit 223a, Clearwater, FL 33764
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
