NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 15, 2014 and entered in Case No. 13003491CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff and ISHMILE JUMAN, ET AL, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 30th day of JANUARY, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK N, PEACE RIVER SHORES UNIT 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 7A AND 7B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
