NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12003355CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNMEES, LIENOR, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF RONALD W. BUTT A/K/A RONALD WARREN BUTT; MATTHEW G. GRAHAM; ALAN BUTT; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 15 day of January 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 2224, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 37, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 41A THRU 41H, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
