NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-005346 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Jennifer Guarnaccia and Celine Cervone are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on January 12, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT D-203, CRANBROOK COLONY II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF. AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1489, PAGES 1513 THROUGH 1612, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE PARKING GARAGE NO. D-203 AND PARKING SPACE 42.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
