NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16 day of December, 2014, and entered in Case No. 1200280CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein RAYMOND JAMES BANK, N.A. ISOA is the Plaintiff and RUTH L. KUTTLER FIFTH THIRD BANK MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER WILSHIRE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. PAUL KUTTLER A/K/A PAUL B. KUTTLER; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 12 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 14, WILSHIRE LAKES PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 24 THROUGH 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
