You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of Margaret L. McGinniss, deceased, file number 2014-CP-2199, by the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112; that the decedent's date of death was August 12, 2014; that the total value of the estate is nominal; and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are Regina M. Thomas and Brian Charles Thomas, successor trustees of the Margaret L. McGinniss Revocable Trust dated December 17, 2001, as amended, 4908 Calle del Cielo NE, Albuquerque, NM 87111.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the estate of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent other than those for whom provision for full payment was made in the Order of Summary Administration must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTIONS 733.702 AND 735.2063 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER APPLICABLE TIME PERIOD, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
