NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 15 day of January, 2015, at 11:00 AM, at Collier County Courthouse, in the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, Hugh Hayes Annex, Naples, Florida 34112, AT 11:00 A.M. offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Collier County, Florida:
UNIT 1-5 OF ABACO BAY CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, OF RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3764, PAGES 850 THROUGH 1010, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
