NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2014, and entered in 11-2014-CA-001838-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2004-7, is the Plaintiff and SANDRA BRITTON; JO ANN RANDOLPH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SANDRA BRITTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JO ANN RANDOLPH; U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-1; BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on January 14, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 180 FEET OF TRACT NO. 72, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 9, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 99 AND 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
