NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2014, and entered in 11-2014-CA-001829 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR7, is the Plaintiff and JUAN CARLOS SERNA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUAN CARLOS SERNA; BISCAYNE APARTMENTS OF NAPLES, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on January 14, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FAMILY UNIT NO. 12, OF BISCAYNE APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 551, AT PAGE 629, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
