NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 18, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 11-2221-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK NA, is the Plaintiff and DONALD L. ARNOLD A/K/A DONAL ARNOLD; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A GREG LOUCY are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 15 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
