NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 18, 2014, entered in Case No. 0906925CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Lehman XS Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-GP2, is the Plaintiff and Hernan Campero; Maria C. Gracia; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said
unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the January 15, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 83, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 35, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
