NOTICE is given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment dated on the 18th day of December, 2014, in the above-styled case in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash - at the Collier County Courthouse- sale will be in the lobby of the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Naples, Florida 3315 Tamiami Trail East Naples FL 34112. at 11:00am on the 15 day of January, 2015, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 18, BELAIR AT PARK SHORE UNIT ONE, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 60 and 61, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, Parcel Identification No. 03432500955
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
