Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 15, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014-CC-2373 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein ARBOR CREEK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and RODNEY B. TAYLOR; CYNTHIA A. TAYLOR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RODNEY B. TAYLOR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CYNTHIA A. TAYLOR; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR HOME LOAN CENTER, INC. D/B/A LENDINGTREE LOANS; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 NOW KNOWN AS BRITTANY WILD and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 NOW KNOWN AS PATRICIA LEBLANC, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 20 day of January, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 40, ARBOR CREEK, A SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 37, Pages 184-191, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; the street address of which is: 6341 35th Ave Cir E Palmetto, FL 34221.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
