ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2. R.B. “CHIPS” Shore, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on January 16, 2015 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
LOT 45, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES, PHASE 2, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE(S) 41 THROUGH 48, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
