Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 2012-CA-261, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are MARGARET RICCIO A/K/A MARGARET E. SERRAGO; RICHARD M. RICCIO A/K/A RICHARD RICCIO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEE, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A TANYA WASHINGTON. R.B. “CHIPS” Shore, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on January 13, 2015 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
LOT 5, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES, PHASE 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D AND 7E, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE(S) 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
