NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated DECEEMBER 02, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-000537 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein GENWORTH FINANCIAL HOME EQUITY ACCESS, INC., FORMERLY KNOWN AS LIBERTY REVERSE MORTGAGE, INC., Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THEODORE L. CHURCHILL, JR., UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF THEODORE L. CHURCHILL JR., ET AL; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.manatee.realforeclose.com, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 11:00 AM , JANUARY 15, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEGIN 125 FEET NORTH OF THE SW CORNER OF LOT 4 OF ONAHOM FARMS AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 81 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN EAST AND PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 4, A DISTANCE OF 125.0 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH AND PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 4 A DISTANCE OF 100.0 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST AND PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 4, A DISTANCE OF 125.0 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF LOT 4 A DISTANCE OF 100.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
