NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2014, and entered in Case No.: 41-2013-CA-001735AX of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, to be published in The Business Observer, in which THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS GRANTOR TRUSTEE OF THE PROTIUM MASTER GRANTOR TRUST, is the Plaintiff and Elaine Duncan A/K/A Elaine E. Duncan; Summerfield/Riverwalk Village Association, Inc; Unknown Spouse of Elaine Duncan A/K/A Elaine E. Duncan; John Doe and Jane Doe are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 6th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 44, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE, SUBPHASE C, UNIT 5, TRACT 300, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 127 THRU 129, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
