NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41 2012CA004664AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST. is the Plaintiff and, ANN CONNER; SUNTRUST BANK are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
