Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure In Rem, dated December 16, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 41 2010CA006687AX, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and RONALD J. GROSSO, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 46, Palm Lakes, a Land Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1958, Page 7603, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida and any and all amendments thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 16th day of January, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
