Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 16, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
LOT 42 AND THE NORTH 1 FOOT OF LOT 41, REGENT PARK SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE(S) 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1309 14TH ST E, BRADENTON, FL 34208; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on January 16, 2015 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
