NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-003653 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Green Tree Servicing LLC, Plaintiff and Cindy O'Donnell and Patrick O'Donnell are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 14, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 203, BUILDING 10, THE VILLAGE AT TOWNPARK, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMONIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2057, PAGE 3888, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
