NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 16, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 007099, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS,; JACK WARD A/K/A JACK P. WARD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACK WARD A/K/A JACK P. WARD; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 THROUGH #4; FAIRWAY SIX CLUB, A HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BARBARA POSNER WARD; ELLEN LANSING; DEBBIE SCHAEFER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. Chips Shore will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on January 16, 2015 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER 7114, LOT 12, FAIRWAY SIX SUBDIVISION, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF COVENANTS CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1061, AT PAGE 610, AS AMENDED, AND PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 135 THROUGH 139, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
