You are notified that an action to quiet title on the following property in Sarasota County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 22, Block 903, Twentieth Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 8, 8A, and 8K, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on SARA CASTRO, ESQUIRE of FARR, FARR, EMERICH, HACKETT and CARR, P.A., attorney for Plaintiff whose address is 99 Nesbit Street, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 on or before the 26 day of January 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
