NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 29, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2013 CA 003798 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM T. SHREVE, III, A/K/A WILLIAM THOMAS SHREVE, III, A/K/A WILLIAM T. SHREVE, DECEASED; LISA MICHELLE HARPER A/K/A LISA HARPER, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM T. SHREVE, III, A/K/A WILLIAM THOMAS SHREVE, III, A/K/A WILLIAM T. SHREVE, DECEASED, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A LISA HARPER, and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.

THE SOUTH 60 FEET OF LOTS 11 & 12, BLOCK D, REVISED PLAT OF OAK PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 215, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
