NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2014 CA 004787 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and ALBERT N. DUBE, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF DAVID DUBE A/K/A DAVID ARCHILLE DUBE A/K/A DAVID A. DUBE, DECEASED; ISLANDWALK AT THE WEST VILLAGES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DAVID DUBE A/K/A DAVID ARCHILLE DUBE A/K/A DAVID A. DUBE, DECEASED; LORENA LA CROIX DUBE A/K/A LORENA F. DUBE; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 15th day of January, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 191, ISLANDWALK AT THE WEST VILLAGES, PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 37, 37A THROUGH 37P, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
