NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated December 3, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-0267-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Soundview Home Loan Trust 2006-2, Plaintiff and ARQUELIO RUIZ; IVAN RUIZ; ET AL; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.sarasota.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 9:00 am, January 8, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
