Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 17, 2014, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the office of Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 3-113, LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT #2004247846, AS AMENDED IN INSTRUMENT #2004247847, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on January 22, 2015 beginning at 09:00 AM.
