Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, dated December 17, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 2013 CA 008349 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff, and SANDRA CHECCA, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 16, FOREST AT HI HAT RANCH, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 17th day of March, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
