NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 22, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2010 CA 004369 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A. is Plaintiff and BANK OF AMERICA, NA , SUSAN M. NIEVES (HEIR) UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A SUSAN NEAVES , SUSAN M. NEAVES THE ESTATE OF DONALD NEAVES A/K/A DONALD E. NEAVES , are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 20th day of January, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
A parcel of land lying in a part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 2, Township 38 South, Range 19 East, Sarasota County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:

Commence at the Southeast corner of Lot 12, “Sorrento Ranches”, as recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 50, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, for a Point of Beginning; thence North 89 Degrees 22 Minutes 12 Seconds East, along the Northerly Right-of-Way of those lands described in Official Records Book 871, Page 27, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida 255.416 Feet; thence North 00 Degrees 18 Minutes 12 Seconds, East, 851.02 Feet; thence South 89 Degrees 22 Minutes 12 Seconds West, 256.50 Feet, to the Westerly boundary line of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 32, Township 38 South, Range 19 East, Sarasota County, Florida; thence South 00 Degrees 13 Minutes 49 Seconds West, 851.01 Feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
