COOK A/K/A KERRY HUBERT COOK, DECEASED; SHERRENE R. COOK A/K/A SHERRENE COOK; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHERRENE R. COOK A/K/A SHERRENE COOK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SHERRENE RENEE COOK A/K/A SHERRENE R. COOK A/K/A KERRY HUBERT COOK, DECEASED; SHERRENE R. COOK, , AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF KERRY H. COOK A/K/A KERRY HUBERT COOK, DECEASED; TRUSTCO BANK; THE SANCTUARY AT PELICAN POINT PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; PELICAN POINTE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; DUNLAP & MORAN, PA; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 21st day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
