NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an order rescheduling the foreclosure sale dated December 8th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 006210 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. M & T Bank, Plaintiff and PATRICIA A CARROLL; ROBERT M CARROLL AKA ROBERT M CARROLL, SR.; PATRICIA A DUMAS; ET AL, are defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 09:00 AM on this January 14th, 2015, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, dated July 7th, 2014:
