NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-CA-051513 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and ERICA JENSEN and FOREST LAKE TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 16 day of January, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
