Simpson Living Trust, UTD 2/05/2007 and All Other Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under, And Against A Named Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Same Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 15 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
