NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated December 16, 2014 entered in Civil Case No.: 13-CA-053366 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY, is Plaintiff, and ALLAN P. BERAQUIT A/K/A ALLAN BERAQUIT; BETSY WEAVER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALLAN P. BERAQUIT A/K/A ALLAN BERAQUIT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BETSY WEAVER; STATE OF FLORIDA HEALTH DEPARTMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 15 day of January, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 14 AND 15, BLOCK 4222, CAPT CORAL UNIT 60, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 154 THROUGH 169, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 1031 NW 39TH AVENUE, CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA 33993.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
