NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated Dec. 17, 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-CA-050213 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A, is Plaintiff, and ELAINE S. MILLER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 46 and 47, Block 5325, UNIT 58, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded at Plat Book 23, Pages 128 through 147, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
