NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2014 and entered in 14-CA-050189 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and MALVIS CASTELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MALVIS CASTELL; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA ADISLIENKYS SOSA; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 NKA ROBERTO LOPEZ; UNKNOWN TENAN(S) are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 14 AND 15, BLOCK 939, UNIT 26, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 117 TO 148, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
