NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated Dec. 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-050809 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein SANTANDER BANK, N.A. FKA SOVEREIGN BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and MARGARET HARRIS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 2311, WATERFORD VII, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2496, Pages 0432 through 0519, inclusive, as amended of record, all of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
