NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-053574 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Onewest Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Laura Deane Sands, Deceased, United States of America, acting on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Willard Wyatt Sands, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 21 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
