NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2014 and entered in 13-CA-051218 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST, is the Plaintiff and JOHN W. WHELAN; ROBIN M. AARONSON-WHELAN; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.Iee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on Jan. 21, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1 AND 2, BLOCK 12, FLORIMOND MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
