NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2014, and entered in 13-CA-52585 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II, INC., BEAR STEARNS ARM TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-12, is the Plaintiff and TIMOTHY MCDONALD; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); PINEWOOD LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; L. BETH MCDONALD are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on Jan. 21, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 40, Block A, GATEWAY PHASE SIX, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 59 through 66, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
