Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-054416 of the 20th Judicial Circuit in Fort Myers, Lee County, Florida, Linda Doggett, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cashonline at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. EST on the 8th day of January, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 35, UNIT 6, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS REOCRDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE(S) 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
