NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 20 November, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-004404WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Onewest Bank, Fsb, is the Plaintiff and Scott Conaty, The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees And All Other Parties Claiming An Interest By, Through, Under Or Against The Estate Of Raymond S. Conaty, Deceased, United States Of America, Acting On Behalf Of The Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 16th of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
