NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 7, 2014, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-010075-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC successor in interest to GMAC Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses Heirs Devisees Grantees or other Claimants; John Doe and Jane Doe as unknown tenants in possession; Karen L. McDermott a/k/a Karen Lori Charest; Eugene E. McDermott Sr.; State of Florida Department of Revenue; Unknown Spouse of Eugene E. McDermott, Sr., if any; Unknown Spouse of Karen L. McDermott a/k/a Karen Lori Charest if any; State of Florida, Department of Revenue c/o Executive Director, R.A. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 9th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, LESS THE EAST 170 FEET THEREOF, AND THE SOUTH 35 FEET OF LOT 16, LESS THE EAST 170 FEET THEREOF, HUDSON ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
