NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2014, entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-004098-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for RASC 2007KS3 is the Plaintiff and John C. Russell a/k/a John Russell; Unknown Spouse of John C. Russell a/k/a/ John Russell if any; Any and all Unknown Parties Claiming By, though, Under and against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 12th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 180, GOLDEN ACRES UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 32 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
