YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage in and to the following property in Pasco County, Florida:
Lots 29 and 30, ANCLOTE RIVER ESTATES UNIT NO. 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 5, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH that certain 1996 Liberty mobile home with VIN 10L24648, Title #69980446, which is permanently affixed to the real property.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the plaintiffs' attorney, whose name and address is: Harvey Schonbrun, Esquire, 1802 North Morgan Street, Tampa, Florida 33602-2328, on or before 1-26-2015, 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this court either before service of plaintiffs' attorney or immedi¬ately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
