whose residence is unknown if he/she/they be living; and if he/she/they be dead, the unknown defendants who may be spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, and all parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Defendants, who are not known to be dead or alive, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property described in the mortgage being foreclosed herein.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property:
A portion of Tract 279 GOLDEN ACRES UNIT TEN as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 9, Pages 2 and 3 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, being further described as follows: Commence at the most Southerly Corner of said Tract 279; thence run along the Southwesterly boundary of aid Tract 279, North 32 degrees 30 minutes 25 seconds West, a distance of 422.85 feet; thence North 26 degrees 49 minutes 55 seconds East, a distance of 111.01 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continuing North 26 degrees 49 minutes 55 seconds East, a distance of 82 feet; thence North 67 degrees 29 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of 145 feet; thence South 10 degrees 17 minutes 19 Seconds East, a distance of 561.06 feet; thence 12 feet along the arc of a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 272.27 feet and chord of 12 feet which bears South 80 degrees 17 minutes 29 seconds West, thence North 10 degrees 17 minutes 19 Seconds west, a distance of 300.53 feet; thence South 82 degrees 34 minutes 49 seconds West a distance of 60.98 feet; thence North 46 degrees 32 minutes 55 seconds West, a distance of 200 feet to the Point of Beginning; the Northwesterly 10 feet thereof being subject to an easement for drainage and/or utilities.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Avenue, Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before 1-26-2015/(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
