NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 30, 2012 in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-005499-ES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2005-QS6 is the Plaintiff, and MARWAN H ASADI; LISA M ASADI; »ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula O'Neil will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on January 14, 2015 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 43 SEVEN OAKS PARCEL S-6B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE(S) 107 THROUGH 115, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
