NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-002247-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Lyndsay Stueve and Justin Stueve are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 7, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEGIN 2638.98 FEET NORTH AND 1993.43 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTH 58° 30' EAST, 100.0 FEET; THENCE NORTH 31° 30' EAST, 137.50 FEET; THENCE NORTH 58° 30' WEST, 100.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 31° 30' WEST, 137.50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING LOT 802, OF UNRECORDED PLAT OF EAST LAKE ADDITION TO LAKE PADGETT ESTATES, ALL LYING AND BEING IN PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
